REFUND POLICIES

  • We offer a refund/cancellation policy for all our customers. If you are not satisfied with the product or service, you can contact us to request a refund or cancellation within 15 to 30 days respectively. You will need to provide your name, order number, and reason for requesting a refund or cancellation.
  • Products we sell and setup will be subject to the particular brand’s refund policy.
  • Product returns are subject to the particular brand manufacturer’s refund policy.
  • Onsite Service calls for hardware setup i.e. POS etc. setup are also non-refundable.
  • Subscriptions are refundable for a period of 90 days & on pro-rata basis afterwards.
